These billing terms explain how payments are handled when you shop with Everyhubfashion. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms set out below.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price applied to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete payment. Where required, applicable taxes are added during checkout.

Order authorization

When you place an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

Charges

Your payment is processed at the time your order is submitted. The charge on your statement will appear under our store or billing descriptor. If you notice an unexpected charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed until a valid payment is received. We are not responsible for any bank fees resulting from declined or repeated payment attempts.
