We know that plans change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or modify an order placed with Everyhubfashion.
Cancellation and change window
Because we begin preparing orders soon after they are placed, requests to cancel or change an order can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Within this window we will do our best to update the size, color, shipping address, or cancel the order entirely at no cost.
After the window has passed
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. At that point the standard Return & Refunds Policy will apply if you no longer wish to keep the item.
How to request a change
To request a cancellation or modification, contact our support team as quickly as possible and include your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm by email whether the request can be completed.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If your cancellation is approved within the eligible window, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
